WOMAN:AN INDIAN VIEW

I recently heard about the reservation which is prescribed for women in India. Our UPA government brought out a bill before parliament in this regard and it gave birth to a new controversy. Now some are advocating this step brought by UPA & some opposing.
However in Indian political history there was not a single case when any confliction was not present, but this issue is different in many ways as this very matter is connected to the women, mother of every civilizations.
Do not go anywhere else, our Indian culture itself is an evident that what importance a woman has in our life. our religion says woman is the one who complete a man. In other words, the world exists when male & female comes together.
we worship laxmi as goddess of wealth, Durga as goddess of power and many more why? answer is every female child took birth with some exclusive specialties, she is born manager, a powerful motivator and synonym of tolerance.
leave it take a look of our daily life. when dad scolds you what you do? well i look towards my mom and every time she saves me from physical punishment. when you need support a female is there as mom or sis or even as a girlfriend. Truly our life is colorful just because presence of woman in different roles. now the question is how can we oppose anything which favors that woman? Are we selfish or we are still not prepare to crack the shackles which imposed over us by orthodox thinking.
woman is indispensable part of our life and hence their emancipation is of utmost necessity today..

Time for another revolution.......

After having various successful revolutions such as green revolution black revolution white revolution grey revolution etc. we need to have another revolution in field of Indian education sector. When I am talking about education revolution it needn’t necessarily mean to open new institutes, schools, and universities rather I m talking abt the knowledge input they r imparting. Yes its true we need a lot of universities but what is the use of setting up thousands of educational bodies graduating lacs of students every year yet the country is starving for a maiden noble prize for years in the field of science and technology
The reason is lack of honest vision and objectives on part of responsible elements of Indian education body .we provide knowledge just to insure they become a nice serviceman in some MNC but hello, wt abt science, wt abt the true tech advancement and evolution of young minds .for instance every engineer knows the model of combustion engine yet very few can actually make a motor bike
The point is its high time when prominent scientists and bureaucrats should sit under one roof and decide that what kind of education does modern day young and ignited India should actually posses. if a child wants to be a painter why the hell he should study maths and science and other subjects that r of no relevance to him ,
Now it’s the perfect time to induce such change in Indian education which will revolunise the entire perception of world towards India .India today is the service provider to the world but with a slight change in our efforts we can be the service seeker .not lets work for others ,let make other work for us. Let’s begin this GYAN REVOLUTION…

FAKE CURRENCY:an economical war

Strength of currency is the main measure of position of an economy of any country across the world. But when an economy faces the FAKE currency what will be condition of it? The answer is quite clear it will be in depth.
Now a days Fake currency has become the biggest threat in Indian economy. Every month hundreds of new cases of fake currency come into the light. The problem is not this, that we are facing the problem of fake currency but big reason of worry is that we are not taking any crucial step to prevent our economy by this threat. On an average, out of 100 currency notes there is one fake note in India. Is not it a big reason to worry?
Few months before a case came into lime light in which a State bank official was indulge in this black marketing of fake currency. Situation is more critical when bank official are also indulging in this. So on whom a common person should believe? Bank’s ATMs are also dispersing fake currency and when a person goes to bank to complain about it, instead of giving any relaxation they burn the fake currency.
SO now a days peoples are avoiding to make a complain in bank rather than they prefer to make it in cash in the market .This is also the big cause of fake currency. Most of the fake currency is entering through our neighbor countries specially through PAKISTAN,SRILANKA and NEPAL while some part of it coming from inside the country.IN south Mumbai some retailers are using currency checking machine which shows their faith on government’s action on fake currency.

INDIA:future of IT

The Indian information technology industry plays a vital role in sustain development of modern India. It accounts for a 5.9% of the country's GDP and export earnings as of 2009, while providing employment to a significant number of its tertiary sector workforce. More than 2.3 million people are employed in the sector either directly or indirectly, making it one of the biggest job creators in India and a mainstay of the national economy. In March 2009, annual revenues from outsourcing operations in India amounted to US$60 billion and this is expected to increase to US$225 billion by 2020. The most prominent IT hub is IT capital Bangalore. The other emerging destinations are Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, NCR and Kolkata. Technically proficient immigrants from India sought jobs in the western world from the 1950s onwards as India's education system produced more engineers than its industry could absorb. However, there are severe skills shortage among engineers, especially who lack in soft skill and technical skill, as a result engineering graduates remain unemployed after being pass out from college or university. India's growing stature in the information age enabled it to form close ties with both the United States of America and the European Union.

Each year India produces roughly 500,000 engineers in the country, out of them 25% to 30% possessed both technical competency and English language skills, although 12% of India's population can speak in English out of 100.India developed a number of outsourcing companies specializing in customer support via Internet or telephone connections. By 2009, India also has a total of 37,160,000 telephone lines in use,a total of 506,040,000 mobile phone connections,a total of 81,000,000 Internet users—comprising 7.0% of the country's population, and 7,570,000 people in the country have access to broadband Internet— making it the 12th largest country in the world in terms of broadband Internet users.Total fixed-line and wireless subscribers reached 543.20 million as of November, 2009.
above given records are just a fair indication that what sort of future we have in upcoming days in this very field.however we are well behind from our competitors as they are preparing to launch 4G and we still waiting for 3G but it does not mean that we are less capable the reasons are well known-poor politics.presently India is perhaps the biggest market for all types of product and it is predicted by eminent scholars that MICROSOFT the IT giant is about to open its head office in India upcoming some years.DELL,HP and all other blue chip companies concentrating at Indian markets and making changes in their products according to the needs of Indian consumer. But this is just a beginning as we have lots of fresh talent waiting their turn to shake the world of IT.

BIET & LIFE HERE

being an efficient engineer or a top level management executive is perhaps the most viewed dream these days.i m not a exception as after graduation i decided to enter in the world of management which sound attractive & glamorous to me.i decided to crack UPSHEET &and at last after all lengthy & boring processes i found BIET.12 TH SEP'09 was the day when i entered first time in its campus.i was excited as well as little bit nervous that day but the gifts of nature trees, plants, flowers and yes rain was there to welcome me and all others who were newly got the opportunity to meet the new stage of education.i was happy to choose it as it have perhaps the best infrastructure among the all other UPTU colleges.but that happy feelings did not remain with me as i informed to attain the classes by next day.fist class in a new collage is always a nightmare.new teachers, new classmates and yes seniors who were looked as demons initially.but after some days all set.our teachers are so co-operative as they gave special attention to the students who were week in English & sort of things.classmates as they are the selected ones have a lot of potential and encouraged me to fight with all my weaknesses and to shape up all my strengths.THANKS TO THEM.now lets talk about the most important part of our collage THE FUTURE ENGINEERS of our country,B-TECH students.well honestly saying there was a sort of prejudice in my mind as i heard that they are usually not friendly with MBAians so i was a bit reserve before.but i was wrong they are the best friends when friends, best entertainer when performing, and the best buddies to hang up with.now not much but some of b-tech students are very close to me.at last i would like to state that i am considered my self lucky to be here.THANX TO GOD and thanx to BIET.
